Job summary

Computacenter in Malaysia is hiring an Onsite Engineer to support customers at client sites. You will handle routine technical requests, document work, and escalate issues per procedures to meet customer demands.

The role requires strong customer service, basic IT knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer. Shift work is included (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; 3pm-12am during daylight saving) and ServiceNow experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in an Onsite/Resident IT Support role.
• Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and printer.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine technical requests at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.
• Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
• Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
• Provide basic customer service to internal and external customers to ensure a consistent experience.
• Contribute to identifying own development needs.
• Follow Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any Security events or risks.
