Job summary

AirTech Macro Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior IT Technical Support Engineer (On-Site - Field Service) to deliver on-site technical support, troubleshoot IT infrastructure, and advise customers on IT solutions. The role requires a degree in IT and strong multi-language communication skills.

The candidate should be comfortable with travel to customer sites, have own transport, and be able to work in a fast-paced service environment. 100% on-site work in Malaysia is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, network products (firewall, AP, router, Layer 3 switch).
• Excellent communication in multiple languages and customer-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and field technical support for customers, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and at customer locations.
• Install, configure, maintain, test and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems.
