Job summary

Masimo Corporation in Malaysia is seeking an Information Technology Support Technician to maintain computer and network systems and support employees with technical issues to ensure optimal IT functionality. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows and Office 365, desktop and laptop hardware, printers, and network devices, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot IT issues on service desk tickets for desktops, printers, network, handhelds and mobile devices.
Maintain security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment.
Assist onsite and remote employees with software and hardware issues.
Setup, imaging and deployment of computers.
Document resolutions and follow-up on tickets.
Support manufacturing IT equipment and AV for events.
Handle asset lifecycle for devices.
Unlock Windows AD user accounts.
Occasional after-hours work as required.
Other reasonable duties assigned by supervisor.
