J Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Technical Assistant to be stationed onsite at Bukit Mertajam. The role involves providing daily IT support for end users, devices, and networks, assisting with troubleshooting, and supporting IT projects.

You will report directly to the IT team at HQ. The position is a one-year contract with yearly renewal, based in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/CS or related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
