Job summary

MAMEE Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to provide end-to-end operational support for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including hardware, software and enterprise environments. You will deliver day-to-day support for in-house apps and end-user computing to ensure business continuity and productivity.

You will lead deployment and user enablement of software solutions, including training sessions, and manage change requests through the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software and applications.
• CCNA and/or Azure Fundamentals are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Working experience in IT support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support for on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Deliver day-to-day support for in-house applications and end-user computing.
• Lead deployment, rollout, and user enablement of software solutions and conduct trainings.
• Execute change requests across analysis, design, build, testing and implementation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve performance.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely delivery.
