Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site Workspace Experience & Operations Manager in Kuala Lumpur. The role leads facilities operations across portfolio sites, drives vendor performance, and ensures safety compliance and governance with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will manage PTW/ATW processes, audits, and incident investigations, while guiding teams toward continuous improvement and aligned KPIs with the WE&O FM function. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive facilities management experience with leadership in vendor management, governance and ops.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven SLA management, service performance optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Corrigo or similar CMMS is highly preferred.
• Safety certifications (NIOSH/SHO) and OSHA/DOSH knowledge are desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English for docs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations across assigned sites, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency.
• Lead vendor management, contract governance and performance reviews with defined KPIs.
• Manage safety, PTW/ATW processes, incident investigations and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with WE&O FM teams to align on KPIs, SLAs and escalations.
• Maintain asset registers, preventive maintenance plans and audits.
