This role requires coordinating with stakeholders, associates, landlords and clients to support a safe, efficient workplace. You will also support events, meeting rooms, and procurement activities while maintaining daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Provide high standards of front desk service and communications.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend to employee inquiries regarding facility issues.
• Ensure requests are met timely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces tidy and hazard-free.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, associates, landlords and clients as the JLL go-to person.
• Support client satisfaction through facilities management and workplace engagement activities.
• Assist with event and meeting room setup and catering requests.
