Job summary

FIT Future Innovation Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Penang. This full-time on-site role oversees daily operations, coordinates with contractors, and ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will lead site teams, monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, manage records, and communicate with project managers and clients to address changes and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction supervision or similar role on sites.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia construction methods, materials, safety regulations and codes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct on-site construction workers and contractors.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE adherence on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on status and changes.
• Maintain daily site records, reports, timesheets and logs.
• Order and manage materials and equipment to support progress.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays.
• Train and mentor crew members with ongoing feedback.
• Keep site clean, organised, and secure at all times.
