Job summary

CENTRIC VENTURES SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites in Balakong, Selangor. The role requires coordinating trades, materials, and workforce while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of site supervision experience, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese. Ability to travel to project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Able to work on site and travel to project locations (outstation).
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites and coordinate tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling.
• Identify and resolve issues on site promptly to avoid delays.
• Provide progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Foster a positive, collaborative on-site work environment.
