Job summary

Syafiqali Resources Sdn Bhd is hiring for a Full-time on-site Construction Supervisor in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in civil engineering or related field.
• 1 year of construction/site supervision experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Willing to work on-site, travel and overtime when required.
• CIDB Green Card or relevant safety certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements and schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, materials, machinery and equipment at site.
• Monitor progress and ensure activities align with project schedule.
• Identify and report site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel for smooth execution of works.
• Check and monitor material deliveries and usage at site.
• Maintain daily site records (manpower, progress, materials).
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-related issues.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager/Site Engineer.
