Online Fulfillment, Logistic and Customer Service (E-Commerce)

This role involves managing the complete order fulfilment process across multiple sales channels including the official website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other assigned platforms. You will oversee order processing, packing accuracy, logistics coordination, and customer service, while leading the online packer team.

Key responsibilities

Process online orders from official website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other assigned channels, verifying payment, customer details, SKU, quantity, pack size, promotion, and free-gift eligibility before fulfilment

Pick, check, pack, and record each order carefully, confirming product condition, batch, expiry date, quantity, labels, and packaging before the parcel is sealed and handed to the courier

Book courier pickups whenever needed, prepare shipping labels, record tracking numbers, monitor delayed or failed deliveries, manage returns, and follow up with courier partners until issues are solved

Respond clearly and politely to order enquiries, delivery updates, wrong or missing items, damaged parcels, complaints, refunds, replacements, and approved goodwill arrangements

Escalate serious product-quality or policy matters promptly

Lead and give clear instructions to the online packer team, keep the team disciplined, and address repeated errors directly through coaching

About you

Careful and accurate, checking details before acting and not treating picking, packing, stock, or customer information casually

Organized and systematic, able to manage orders, messages, courier cutoffs, stock records, and follow-ups without losing track of outstanding cases

Calm communicator who writes clearly, stays respectful under pressure, and knows how to make customers feel heard while following company policy

Responsible problem solver who investigates the cause, proposes practical solutions, documents cases, and follows through until completion

Comfortable working with quantities and maintaining accurate stock records for fulfilment materials such as carton boxes, packing tape, courier bags, labels, and bubble wrap

Able to monitor usage, identify discrepancies, and arrange replenishment before stock runs out
