Nutto Foods Sdn. Bhd. in Georgetown, Penang, is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Big Nuts retail and café outlet.

You will manage day-to-day operations, drive performance through hands-on leadership and operational excellence, and ensure a welcoming, well-merchandised customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have outlet management experience in retail or F&B, be comfortable with numbers, train teams, and take responsibility for decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail or F&B outlet.
• Comfort with P&L, costs and targets.
• Ability to train and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the retail and café team on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure staff know products and can serve customers properly.
• Train staff to upsell and cross-sell rather than just stand at the counter.
• Maintain shelves, displays and promotions to look good and sell well.
• Monitor sales, costs and wastage to improve outlet performance.
• Identify and address problems early.

Train staff to upsell and cross-sell, not just stand at the counter

Keep the shelves, displays and promotions looking good and selling well

Watch the numbers — sales, cost, wastage — and use that to make the outlet perform better

Catch problems early, before they become big problems

About you

You've managed an outlet before — retail or F&B, either is fine

You're okay with numbers — P&L, costs, targets — not just people

You can train your team properly, not just tell them what to do

You can make decisions on your own and take responsibility for them
