E-Commerce Packer

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online orders.
• Ensure the correct items, quantity, and packaging are used for each order.
• Print and attach shipping labels and invoices.
• Inspect items for damage before packing.
• Assist in stock counting, restocking, and inventory updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area.
• Coordinate with courier services for parcel pick-up.
• Follow packing and safety guidelines to prevent errors and damage.
• Others task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 1 year of packing or warehouse experience is an advantage (fresh graduates also welcome).
• Able to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic reading and understanding of product labels and order forms.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work overtime or weekends during peak sales periods.
