Job summary

Loka Made Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support daily packing, labeling, and shipment processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will retrieve items, ensure correct SKUs, and securely pack parcels using standard materials while assisting with stock counts and tidy packing benches. Basic Bahasa Malaysia or English is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes throughout the day.
• High accuracy in reading SKU codes, order numbers, and variants (color, size, design).
• Punctual, disciplined, responsible in a fast-paced enviroment.
• Basic Bahasa Malaysia or English to read sheets and labels.
• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from designated shelves, bins, or racks based on daily pick lists or order fulfillment software.
• Verify item SKU, quantity, size, and physical condition to ensure items are undamaged before packaging.
• Pack merchandise securely using bubble wrap, cartons, poly mailers, and sealing tape according to packing standards.
• Print, paste, and scan courier shipping labels accurately.
• Sort packed parcels into designated courier cages/pallets and assist drivers during daily courier handovers.
• Assist with basic inventory stock counts, unpacking inbound cartons, restocking pick faces, and keeping packing benches clean and tidy.

Job description

Depending on daily operational needs, parcel volume, and shift assignments, you may either specialize in a dedicated station or support across the entire fulfillment process.

Key responsibilities

Retrieve items from designated shelves, bins, or racks based on daily pick lists or order fulfillment software (e.g., handheld RF scanner / invoice)

Verify item SKU, quantity, size, and physical condition to ensure items are undamaged before packaging

Pack merchandise securely using bubble wrap, cartons, poly mailers, and sealing tape according to packing standards

Print, paste, and scan courier shipping labels accurately

Sort packed parcels into designated courier cages/pallets and assist drivers during daily courier handovers

Assist with basic inventory stock counts, unpacking inbound cartons, restocking pick faces, and keeping packing benches clean and tidy

About you
