Responsibilities

• Manage daily backend operations on WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
• Update product information, prices, and promotional settings to ensure accuracy across all platforms.
• Arrange order shipments and prepare shipping labels and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics providers, monitor delivery progress, and resolve shipping issues.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
• Follow up on after-sales issues, returns, exchanges, and refund requests in accordance with company and platform procedures.
• Verify order details, payment status, product quantities, and delivery information.
• Follow orders through from receipt to dispatch, addressing cancellations, incorrect information, and stock shortages promptly.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with product listings, delisting, and product information updates.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to verify stock availability and update platform inventory levels.
• Compile daily order and sales data and assist with basic reporting.
• Work closely with multiple departments to manage complex workflows and resolve operational issues.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Admin to manage daily e-commerce platform operations, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and provide customer support. Candidates with WooCommerce experience will be given priority.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily backend operations on WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.

Update product information, prices, and promotional settings to ensure accuracy across all platforms.

Arrange order shipments and prepare shipping labels and dispatch documents.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics providers, monitor delivery progress, and resolve shipping issues.

Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.

Follow up on after-sales issues, returns, exchanges, and refund requests in accordance with company and platform procedures.

About you

Experience in e-commerce administration, order processing, or customer service is preferred.

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for organising data and maintaining records.

Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible, with good communication skills.

Able to prioritise tasks and complete order processing and customer follow-ups within required timelines.

Willing to learn different e-commerce platform workflows and collaborate effectively with the team.
