Job summary

• Process orders from the company website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online platforms.
• Pick, check, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to company standards.
• Update order statuses and complete daily order processing within deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items promptly.
• Arrange parcel collection and coordinate deliveries with courier partners.
• Track shipments and follow up on delays, damages, or returns.
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms; provide product and order updates.

Online Fulfillment, Logistic and Customer Service

This role encompasses online order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer service. You will process orders from the company website and multiple online platforms, manage inventory, coordinate with logistics partners, and provide customer support across various channels.

Key responsibilities

Process orders from the company website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms

Pick, check, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to company standards

Ensure the correct products, quantities, packaging, and promotional items are included

Update order statuses and complete daily order processing within the required timeline

Monitor inventory availability and report low-stock or out-of-stock items promptly

Support peak campaign periods, festive seasons, and promotional sales

Act as the Leader of the Online Fulfillment team

Arrange parcel collection and coordinate deliveries with courier and logistics partners

Prepare shipping labels, airway bills, invoices, and other delivery documents

Track shipments and follow up on delayed, unsuccessful, damaged, missing, or returned parcels

About you

Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms

Assist customers with product information, order updates, delivery status, payment issues, and general enquiries

Handle complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacement requests professionally

Escalate serious product-quality or customer-service issues to the relevant manager

Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone

Provide prompt responses at all times
