Job summary

United YL Printer Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily order processing and lead the e-commerce fulfillment team across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. You will monitor backlogs, ensure on-time shipping and drive efficiency through AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in e-commerce operations, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment.
• Experience using TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada Seller Centre.
• Experience supervising a fulfillment or warehouse team.
• Proficient with WMS/ERP, inventory or order-management systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment across platforms.
• Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure accuracy and on-time shipping.
• Monitor backlogs, late shipments, cancellations and other issues.
• Prepare inventory replenishment forecasts based on sales trends and stock.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimise stockouts and overstock.
• Learn, operate and improve the Warehouse Management System.
• Investigate returns, refunds and disputes with supporting evidence.
• Coordinate processing of returned, damaged and rejected parcels.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists and reports.
• Monitor performance metrics and team productivity.
• Identify operational problems and implement solutions with tech/AI.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to improve efficiency.
• Support other operational responsibilities as required.

Job description

Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.

Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.

Monitor order backlogs, late shipments, cancellations and other operational issues.

Prepare inventory replenishment forecasts based on sales trends, campaigns, supplier lead times and available stock.

Monitor inventory levels to minimise stockouts, overstocking and stock discrepancies.

Learn, operate and continuously improve the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Investigate and submit supporting evidence for return, refund and dispute appeals on TikTok Shop, Shopee and etc

Coordinate the processing of returned, damaged and rejected parcels.

Develop and maintain operational SOPs, checklists and reports.

Monitor operational performance, including fulfillment speed, packing accuracy, cancellation rates, return rates and team productivity.

Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions using technology, automation and AI tools.

Work closely with management and other departments to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and support company growth.

Support other operational responsibilities assigned by management when required.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field.

Preferably 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, warehousing, inventory planning or a related position.

Experience using TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada Seller Centre is strongly preferred.

Experience supervising a fulfillment or warehouse team will be an advantage.

Comfortable learning and operating WMS, ERP, inventory or order-management systems.

Tech-savvy and confident using AI tools to analyse information, automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.

Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work independently, take ownership and make responsible decisions.

Able to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
