Job summary

Asialink Cargo & Packing Agency Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated Warehouse Admin to join our Kuching warehouse on-site. You will maintain records, manage inventory movements, and coordinate shipment documentation to support smooth daily operations.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, strong Excel and WMS proficiency, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sarawak with opportunities for growth within a growing logistics team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or logistics is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a warehouse, storage facility, or distribution centre environment.
• Strong proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with team members and external contacts.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles and warehousing operations.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment and support hands-on activities when required.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and compliance procedures is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date warehouse records, including inventory logs, stock movements, and storage documentation
• Processing inbound and outbound shipment documentation, ensuring paperwork is completed correctly
• Coordinating with warehouse staff to track inventory levels and assist with stock takes and audits
• Preparing and issuing warehouse reports, picking lists, and shipping manifests
• Managing warehouse correspondence with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners
• Updating warehouse management systems and databases with goods receipt, storage, and dispatch information
• Assisting with organisation and labeling of goods for efficient storage and retrieval
• Supporting the warehouse manager with administrative tasks and operational improvements
• Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety protocols and maintaining a clean environment
• Handling queries and resolving discrepancies in shipments and inventory records
