Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an capable administrative/warehouse support to join our team in Subang Jaya. You will manage and maintain warehouse documentation, update inventory records, and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent organizational abilities to keep accurate records and help manage daily workflow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or warehouse support roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with warehouse or inventory systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices, and stock records.
• Prepare, organize, and file operational documents accurately and systematically.
• Update inventory records and ensure data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding stock movements, deliveries, and receiving activities.
• Monitor and record incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries, pickups, and warehouse activities.
• Handle data entry and maintain administrative databases.
• Coordinate with transport, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage office supplies and ensure sufficient administrative resources are available.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Assist in other administrative duties assigned by management.
