Asialink Cargo & Packing Agency Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Admin for our Kuching Division, Sarawak. This on-site, full-time role supports day-to-day warehousing operations with emphasis on accurate records and efficient admin coordination.

The candidate will handle inventory logs, shipping documents, WMS updates, and liaison with logistics partners while ensuring safety and compliance in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business administra­tion or logistics education is advantageous.
• Experience in a warehouse, storage facility, or distribution centre.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office; Excel emphasized.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication; liaison with teams and partners.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehousing operations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse and assist hands-on activities when required.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and compliance is desirable.
• English and Malay proficiency preferred; additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records including inventory logs and storage documents.
• Process inbound/outbound shipment documentation accurately and file properly.
• Coordinate with staff to track inventory levels and assist with stock takes/audits.
• Prepare and issue warehouse reports, picking lists, and shipping manifests.
• Manage warehouse correspondence with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
• Update WMS and databases with goods receipt, storage and dispatch data.
• Assist with organisation and labelling of goods for efficient storage.
• Support warehouse manager with administrative tasks and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols and keep a clean work area.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments and inventory records.
