Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support daily warehouse activities, process WMS transactions, and prepare the necessary operational documents. The role involves coordinating with warehouse operations, customers, and transporters to ensure timely order fulfilment and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WMS.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse administration for inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory activities.
• Process and maintain accurate system transactions in WMS.
• Prepare and print operational documents such as receiving reports, pick lists, packing lists, shipping documents, and cycle count sheets.
• Monitor order fulfilment, receiving, returns processing, and inventory movements.
• Assist with cycle counts and yearly stock take.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain documentation for audit and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and SLA compliance.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to operational procedures.
