Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers regarding enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and prepare reports.
