Job summary

Lenchong Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our sales team in Pekan Nanas, Johor.

This full-time role supports the sales function by coordinating orders, liaising with clients, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with the sales team and other departments, prepare quotations, and assist with meetings, reports, and logistics to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar sales support role.
• Excellent organisation and time management, with ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Malay and Mandarin Chinese advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Diplomas or higher qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Liaising between clients and the sales team to provide quotations, product information, and order updates.
• Maintaining and updating customer records and sales databases.
• Scheduling meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
• Preparing sales reports, invoices, and relevant sales documentation.
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Handling customer enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Monitoring order fulfilment and resolving any issues that arise.
• Assisting with sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
