• Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred due to supplier/client interactions.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer service or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work at Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate the sales team: manage schedules and documents.
• Maintain sales-related equipment, products and materials.
• Manage customer relationships with prompt support.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and clients.
• Sourcing and develop new products.
• Process shipping documents (Invoices/PO/DO).
• Arrange import/export shipments.
• Stock and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Accounts and suppliers.
