Qualifications

• Experience in cost control and cost management across projects.
• BOQ preparation and cost planning experience.
• Cost reporting for stakeholders with timely financial updates.
• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with contracts, procurement, and standard measurement methods.
• Proficiency in software and strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• On-site communication, teamwork, and meeting deadlines in Putrajaya.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ and assist in tender preparation.
• Track project costs and monitor budget performance.
• Prepare cost reports and support cost control measures.
