MSP Hitect Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Purchasing Specialist to support day-to-day procurement activities on-site in Pelabuhan Klang. You will prepare purchase orders, track orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and supporting cost optimization efforts.

The role involves data entry, reporting, and basic analysis of purchasing data to improve procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end procurement processes and structured purchasing workflows.
• Ability to manage purchase orders, document tracking and supplier communications.
• Strong analytical skills to compare offers and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• On-site presence in Pelabuhan Klang and collaboration with operations, logistics and finance teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication; local language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with office tools and procurement systems; numeric data handling.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field preferred; relevant work/internship experience is an advantage.
