Job summary

TOWER BUILD STEEL SDN BHD is seeking a proactive and organised Site Admin to join our team at our Elmina, Selangor location on a full-time basis. This role serves as the backbone of site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and supporting project delivery.

The Site Admin will work on-site, maintain site records, coordinate communications, and provide administrative support to the site management team and workforce to ensure compliance, efficiency and productivity across all site

Qualifications

• Maintaining comprehensive site records and filing.
• Preparing and processing site-related correspondence, reports, permits and administrative documentation.
• Managing site personnel records, timesheets, attendance and leave administration.
• Liaising with procurement teams for site inventory and equipment logs.
• Providing administrative support to site supervisors and project management staff.
• Coordinating communication between site personnel and head office functions.
• Assisting with site-related data entry and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Responsibilities
