Job summary

COL ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a diligent site supervisor to monitor and coordinate civil works at project sites in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan activities, ensure manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors are aligned to schedules, and report progress to the project team.

You will ensure datelines are met, prepare progress reports and project documentation, attend site and project meetings, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma and above in Civil engineering or related field.
• Preferred with working experience.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site operations and ensure activities run as planned.
• Plan, coordinate work, and ensure site tasks follow schedules.
• Control manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Update site issues and report to the supervisor.
• Attend site and project meetings as required.

Education

Diploma or above in Civil engineering or related field
