Job summary

CHOW STEEL ENGINEERING (RAWANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor (Team Leader) to drive field operations and enforce safety on our construction sites in Malaysia. You will manage daily manpower, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure milestones are met with tight quality control.

You will interpret structural and M&E drawings, lead toolbox talks, track progress, and handle incident response while maintaining logs and promoting a zero-harm culture on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site resources and subcontractor coordination.
• Enforce safety frameworks and PPE compliance on site.
• Oversee material deliveries and equipment deployment.
• Interpret drawings to guide field construction.
• Produce daily progress logs and site reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, inspectors and engineers for sign-offs.
• Conduct morning toolbox talks detailing quotas, methods and hazards.
• Manage attendance logs and sub-contractor relations on site.
• Perform zone-by-zone inspections to prevent defects and punch-lists.
