Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems in Malaysia is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Support specialist to deliver 24/7 digital workplace support, including Office 365 apps, AD/Entra, Intune, Defender, and Teams room systems.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, SLA adherence, ticketing, and collaboration with IT Infrastructure and IT Security to review standards, while providing knowledge sharing and on-site support five days a week.

Qualifications

• On-premises AD and Azure AD (Entra) knowledge.
• Hands-on experience supporting Office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiar with 24/7 support and on-call rotations.
• Experience with enterprise users and SLA adherence.
• Ability to collaborate with IT Infrastructure & Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support coverage through on-call rotations.
• Maintain 5 days on-site user support in Malaysia.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 issues, configuration, and usage.
• Support unified endpoint management with Intune and Defender.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams to update hardening standards.
• Deliver knowledge sharing to Digital Workplace personnel.
