Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a support specialist to maintain digital workplace solutions and endpoints, including BAU Intune and Office 365 apps. You will troubleshoot, manage AD/Entra, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Security to enforce hardening standards.

On-site 5 days a week with on-call rotations, participate in internal events and provide knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Office 365 apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site user support for digital workplace solutions and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 issues, configurations, and usage.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & IT Security to update hardening standards.
• Coordinate security incident handling, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Support Audio/Video conferencing and events (Teams) and maintain SLA commitments.

Job description

Support digital workplace solutions and endpoints. (Must support BAU Intune)

Working knowledge of on-premises Active Directory & Azure Active Directory (Entra).

Working knowledge in employee onboarding & offboarding

Experience in supporting users forOffice 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive and support enterprise customer.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 functionality, configuration, and usage.

Familiarwith unified endpoint management solutions, including Intune and Defender

Familiarin supporting Windows 10 & 11 administration and security patching.

Ensure services provided adhere to service level agreement.

Familiar with ticket handling solutions (Service Management tool)

Communicate user needs, priorities and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & IT Security team to perform regular review and update hardeningstandards forvarious operating systemsand platforms.

Provide knowledge sharing to other Digital Workplace personnel.

Familiar with Audio/Video conferencing (Teams and meeting room equipment)

Support internal company events for Audio/Video

Flexible on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

5 days a week on-site availability for user support.

Execute process improvements and development of policies, procedures and tools to optimize overall use of resources.

Perform or coordinate the security incident handling, documentation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and post-Incident reports.
