Job summary

Hitachi Construction Machinery Malaysia is seeking an IT support specialist to set up new laptops and format existing devices, and to provide daily user support for laptops, printers, monitors, and network issues. You will support Microsoft Office 365 applications, mostly remotely, with some face-to-face assistance at Head Office.

You will assist the IT team with Microsoft Entra ID administration, laptop deployment, and migration of O365 services to a new tenant, plus Dynamics 365 end-user

Responsibilities

• Setting up new laptops and formatting existing laptops.
• Providing daily user support for laptop, printer, monitor, and network-related issues.
• Providing daily user support for Microsoft Office 365 (O365) applications.
• Most user support will be provided remotely via online support, while support for Head Office users will be conducted face-to-face.
• Assisting the IT team with Microsoft Entra ID administration, laptop deployment, and the migration of O365 services to new tenant.
• Assisting the IT team with Microsoft Dynamics 365 end user support
• Responsible for IT related procurement processes
