Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver regional end-user support, manage AD/M365, and maintain secure operations across Windows and macOS environments.

You will handle incident management, documentation, and SLA reporting, while collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure reliability and service quality in a fast-paced fintech-adjacent setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in IT support, NOC, Service Desk, or related IT ops role.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotational shift and possess strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to internal users with standardized processes.
• Maintain and enforce IT operations standards and incident management.
• Respond to system alerts and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Manage user accounts, AD, M365, VPN and security policies.
• Prepare operational metrics such as MTTR and SLA compliance.
• Document SOPs and maintain knowledge base articles.
