Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support specialist to provide on-site assistance for desktop hardware, software, emails, printers and network issues in Selangor. The role requires installing and supporting Windows OS and MS applications, with hands-on troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Diploma or degree in related field.
• Experience in on-site IT support is useful.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for desktop hardware, software, emails, printers and network issues.
• Install, configure and support Microsoft Windows OS and MS applications.
• Troubleshoot on-site problems and resolve hardware/software moves, adds and changes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and escalate issues as needed.
• Carry out project rollout and installations when required.
