• Experience with customs compliance requirements for MRO /Project supplies.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and customs/Intel trade team.
• Experience with front-end i-Start process and GR entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendor.
• Provide required documents for submission for faster approval.
• Implement change control processes or additional customs requirements.
• Coordinate with customs agent.
• Fast-track approvals for exceptional purchases.
• Act as communication interface between POL, vendor, procurement & operations.
• Coordinate with Operations.
• Proactively address urgent procurement needs to ensure supplies arrive on time.
• Coordinate with Procurement.
• Communicate effectively with vendors on customs requirements.
