Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Procurement Executive to join on-site in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. You will obtain quotations, support RFQ/RFP activities, coordinate transactions, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement and compliance with company policies.

The role also involves maintaining procurement records, generating spend analysis, and preparing KPI dashboards to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Procurement and purchasing knowledge.
Vendor coordination and relationship management.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and documentation control.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with Jaggaer or SAP procurement systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Procurement Operations: Obtain quotations and compare pricing; Support RFQ/RFP and tender activities; Coordinate procurement transactions.
Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers, maintain databases, monitor performance, assist with onboarding.
Contract & Compliance: Maintain procurement docs, ensure compliance, support audits.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare procurement reports, update trackers, maintain filing systems.
