Job summary

Season Group in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Customs Operations & Compliance lead at the Penang facility to manage import/export clearance, document control, and HS code accuracy. This role collaborates with internal teams and authorities to ensure compliant and cost-efficient operations.

You will coordinate MITI COO processes, monitor exemption schemes, and oversee licenses for LMW/FTZ while keeping records auditable and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field.
• Min 3 years in customs/trade compliance.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export and customs clearance for materials and goods.
• Prepare and process customs docs: invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.
• Ensure HS code accuracy and duty optimization.
• Maintain licenses and respond to regulatory changes.
