Job summary

The candidate should have a strong understanding of customs compliance and relevant regulatory requirements. This resource will be responsible for engaging with customs authorities and supporting compliance activities (Including new I-start process), particularly as REWS/FOH transaction volumes are expected to increase significantly in the coming months.

Skillset

Experience in dealing with customs compliance requirement for MRO /Project supplies, manage any change process & additional requirement from customs/Intel trade team especially for Baseline supplies & services which includes any supply of tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with vendor
• To provide required document for submission for faster approval.
• To implement any change control process or additional custom requirement
• Co-ordinate with custom agent
• To fast-track approval (especially for exceptional purchases).
• To act as agent of communication between POL , vendor, procurement & operation team
• Co-ordinate with Operation
• Proactively engage urgent procurement needs to ensure supplies are made for operational intact.
• Co-ordinate with Procurement
• To implement any change control process or additional custom requirement
• To effectively communicate with vendors on any custom requirement.

Others

• Review customs & relevant document during supplies to ensure all the information needed for GR is intact.
• Responsible for leading the front-end i-Start process, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all material supply invoices into the system, and coordinating with warehouse teams to facilitate prompt GR closure
