Job summary

Recron Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites you to join as HR Officer at our Nilai Plant, focusing on end-to-end HR operations within a manufacturing setup.

You will act as HR Generalist, manage the employee life cycle from hire to retire, maintain records, assist in foreign worker processes, and support performance reviews and daily HR matters with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing recruitment experience.
• HR core functions experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SAP system.
• Detail oriented and have good knowledge in HR processes.
• Good knowledge of Employment laws and regulations, including Immigration policies and practices.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Immediate Starter is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee database and personal files.
• Familiar with foreign workers application process and renewals.
• Assist in Performance Management reviews.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
