Job summary

Combi-Pack Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee KPIs, training, performance appraisals, and compliance with ISO and labour laws.

The role requires 8+ years in HR with leadership exposure, involvement in succession planning, and the ability to travel between Seremban and Malacca offices. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required.
• 8+ years of HR experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is required.
• Experience with ISO management systems is required.
• Ability to analyse problems and provide effective solutions.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel between Seremban and Malacca offices.

Job description

Work alongside with Senior Management to set, create and monitor employee KPIs and performance review frameworks to support organizational goals

To assist in preparing performance appraisal report.

Training and Development

Drive succession planning and develop successors for key roles.

Handle full spectrum of training processes and update training records for support external and internal audit requirements.

Develop and implement training programs tailored for each role within the organization.

Assist in Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for monitoring and follow-ups for employees.

HR Policies and Compliance

Well-versed with labour laws, Industrial Relations (IR) Act and disciplinary procedures.

Ensure all Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures are compliance to all statutory or regulatory requirements.

Assist to develop and review HR policies and procedures.

HR Operations

Responsible for daily HR Operations function, including workers attendance, disciplinary matters, foreign worker matters, SEDEX audit & ISO compliance audit, security matters etc.

Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workplace collaboration, and overall organizational culture.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• 2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR fields, and at least 2-3 years experience in leadership position.
• 3. Must have experience in Manufacturing industry.
• 5. Experience and well verse knowledge in ISO management systems.
• 6. Having the ability to analyse problems and find effective solutions.
• 7. Strong time management skills that ensure task is completed on a timely manner.
• 8. Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• 9. Pleasant personality, good communications, and interpersonal skills.
• 10. Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• 11. Must be able to travel between Seremban & Malacca office
