Job summary

Recron Malaysia invites you to join the world’s largest integrated Polyester and Textile Company. The HR Officer, based at our Nilai Plant, will be responsible for the overall HR functions and the employee life cycle from hire to retire.

You will maintain records, assist with performance reviews, handle foreign worker processes, attendance, leaves, claims and benefits, and support HR policy guidance. Immediate starters are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing recruitment.
• HR core functions experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SAP system.
• Detailed oriented and have good knowledge in HR processes.
• Good knowledge of Employment laws and regulations, including Immigration policies and practices.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Immediate Starter is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Generalist.
• In-charge of Employee Life Cycle from Hire to Retire.
• Maintain employee database and personal files.
• Familiar with foreign workers application process and renewals.
• Assist in Performance Management reviews.
• Provide support to employees in HR related matters such as attendances, leaves, claims, benefits and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the superior.
