Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent support to customers through multiple channels. You will identify needs, research issues, and offer strategic solutions while ensuring first contact resolution.

You will build strong customer relationships, follow procedures to maximize satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and workflows within a dynamic, global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Preferred with 2 years of experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multitask and tailor responses using customer information.
• Must communicate effectively with good phone etiquette, pace and grammar.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.
