Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is hiring a customer support associate to assist customers via live chat and email, identify needs, research issues, and deliver strategic solutions that resolve queries on first contact.

You will maintain strong follow-up with service partners and internal teams, contribute to ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 quality management, and strive for excellent customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and Mandarin, a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work in shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin communication.
• Experience in customer support or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Identify customer needs and provide strategic solutions to resolve issues on first contact.
• Maintain follow-up with service partners and internal teams to ensure case closure.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
