Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is hiring an Assistant Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin speaker) in Kuala Lumpur. You will provide excellent support to customers across channels, resolve issues, and ensure first-contact resolution while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or higher, have strong English and Mandarin, good communication, time management, and the ability to multitask across systems with a customer-centric approach. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree in any field.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent listening, empathy and communication with customers.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Comfortable with computers and learning multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up to close cases per service standards.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources and guidelines.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Manage cases across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform other duties assigned by management within the Quality Management System.
