Job summary

Qualifications

Proven track record in client acquisition and business development in banking or financial services.
Experience in managing and growing portfolios.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to business development.
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
Deep understanding of deposit products and NTB client strategies.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

Acquire NTB commercial current accounts (CAs) and drive NTB total growth in the commercial segment.
Hunt NTB clients to expand the customer base.
Promote and facilitate new active merchant signups for card services.
Increase clients' share of wallet by cross-selling deposit products (Work+, Merchant services, Digital banking).
Collaborate with CBCs and branches to onboard cash management solutions for commercial clients.
Attract new FX customers and increase M2E and M2U counts in the business segment.
Implement salary crediting programs for individual and corporate clients (e.g., Work+ Company NOC).
