Maybank seeks a Relationship Manager, Deposit II (Hunter) in Sabah to acquire NTB commercial Current Accounts and drive deposit growth within the commercial segment. You will hunt for NTB clients and deepen relationships with accounts averaging RM300K–RM1M daily balances.

The role involves promoting merchant signups, cross-selling Work+, Merchant services, and Digital banking solutions, and attracting FX customers. Collaborative onboarding with CBCs and branches is expected.

Formación

• Proven track record in client acquisition and business development in banking or financial services.
• Experience in managing and growing deposit portfolios.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of deposit products and NTB client strategies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Dynamic, motivated, and adept at identifying growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire NTB commercial Current Accounts (CAs) and drive NTB total deposit growth within the commercial segment.
• Hunt for NTB clients to expand the customer base.
• Manage relationships with commercial clients with ADB between RM300K and RM1M to deepen engagement.
• Promote and facilitate new active merchant signups for card services to enhance the merchant portfolio.
• Cross-sell deposit products such as Work+, Merchant services, and Digital banking solutions.
• Collaborate with CBCs and branches to onboard cash management solutions for commercial clients.
• Focus on attracting new FX customers and increasing M2E and M2U counts in the business segment.
• Implement salary crediting programs for individuals and corporate clients, including Work+ Company NOC.
