Job summary

Maybank in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven banking professional to acquire NTB commercial Current Accounts and drive deposit growth across the commercial segment. You will deepen client relationships, promote merchant services, cross-sell Work+ and Digital banking, and collaborate with CBCs to onboard cash management solutions.

You will also focus on attracting FX customers and increasing M2E and M2U counts, while implementing salary crediting programs to boost engagement and account

Qualifications

• Proven track record in acquiring NTB clients in banking or finance.
• Experience growing deposit portfolios and cross-selling.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire NTB commercial CAs and drive deposit growth in the commercial segment.
• Manage relationships with commercial clients with ADB RM300K–RM1M.
• Promote merchant signups for card services to grow the merchant portfolio.
• Cross-sell deposit products like Work+ and Digital banking.
• Collaborate with CBCs and branches to onboard cash management solutions.
• Focus on attracting FX customers and increasing M2E and M2U counts.
• Implement salary crediting programs to boost engagement.
