Maybank is seeking a driven Commercial Banking professional in Malaysia to acquire NTB clients and grow commercial deposits. You will manage relationships with mid-to-large corporate clients and drive engagement with cash management and digital banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in acquiring new-to-bank clients in banking or financial services.
• Experience in growing deposit portfolios and managing NTB accounts.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive business development approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of deposit products and NTB client strategies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Acquire NTB commercial Current Accounts and drive NTB deposit growth.
• Manage relationships with commercial clients with ADB RM300K–RM1M.
• Promote merchant signups for card services to expand the merchant portfolio.
• Cross-sell deposit products such as Work+, Merchant services, and Digital banking solutions.
• Collaborate with CBCs and branches to onboard cash management solutions.
• Target FX customers and increase M2E and M2U in business segment.
• Implement salary crediting programs for individuals and corporate clients.
