Job summary

Immediate vacancy available for an Assistant Engineer to support transfer to mass production, analyze BOMs, and prepare engineering documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment (Engineer).

Responsibilities

• Assist transfer to mass production and ensure timely adoption of new products.
• Review customer drawings and BOM for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation (work instructions, modification records, technical manuals).
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support New Product Introduction activities.
• Conduct product verification through testing, inspections, and data analysis; prepare engineering reports.

Job description

Support the transfer and implementation of new products from development stage to mass production within the planned schedule.

Analyze customer drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure product manufacturability and process efficiency.

Prepare and maintain engineering documentation such as work instructions, modification records, and technical manuals.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Conduct product verification through testing, inspections, and data analysis, and prepare engineering reports based on performance trends.

Job Requirement

Good planning, organizing and controlling skills.

Autocad drawing (2D & 3D), Microsoft Office and email.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly detail oriented and analytic thinker.

Proficiency with standard industry technologies and software.

A team worker, motivated self-starter and independent worker.

Possessing good knowledge of In-Circuit, RF testing/RF equipment will be an added advantage.

Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

At least 3 year of experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment for Engineer.
