Job summary

Our Client Company in Malaysia is seeking an NPI Engineer to coordinate new products from development into mass production. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and driving process improvements for successful product launches and manufacturing excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 1-2 years' NPI experience, preferably in PCBA/electronics. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience as NPI Engineer in manufacturing; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
• Exposure in PCBA / Electronics industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication abilities to coordinate with departments.

Responsibilities

• Support transfer of new products from development into mass production within timelines.
• Analyze customer drawings and BOM to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including work instructions and modification records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for NPI activities and project execution.
• Conduct product verification through testing, inspections, and data analysis.
• Prepare engineering reports and provide insights from product performance trends.
